Epazote
Epazote is an annual or short-lived perennial herb in the family Amaranthaceae, which is native to Central America, South America, and southern Mexico.
Also known as: wormseed, Jesuit’s tea, Mexican-tea,[2] payqu (paico), epazote, mastruz, or herba sanctæ Mariæ.
Traditionally used in black beans and other foods for flavor and anti-flatulent properties.
